Comments: This Lodge is under development and due to open on Dec. 2005. The setting where it has been built is beautiful, over the dunes of the 33km pristine beach linking Ponta Bartolomeu Dias to Inhasorro. A stunning spot, worth a visit.
Directions: Coming into Inhasorro turn left before Seta Hotel. Follow the 4x4 sand road for 33km. There are some soft sandy patches and some mangrove flooded areas. Check tide time table first, go at low tide (see Roads and Services for this sector). Do not drive on the beach!

Comments: There was no one available at the time of our visit. This small lodge is located on the small bay formed by the point. It is right on the beach with beautiful serene views.

Directions: Driving north on the national road, Complexo Arco Iris is 7,5km past Inchope towards Gorongosa.

Comments: A breath of fresh air. Tucked away among beautiful hard wood forest trees, is a this well set up little camp, built inside of a wood extraction concession (25.000 hectare) where a proper extraction and reforestation system is in place to ensure sustainability. This concession belongs to TCT Dalmann Furniture based in Beira.
Directions: Driving north on the EN1, about 240km past Gorongosa. There will be signs to Catapú Reserve and M'phingwe Camp on the right.
