| Comments: | A well established operation (not the standard complexo touristico place, not the standard dive charter) with a variety of accommodation options from wooden A-frames with en suite, a double room and dormitory, plus camping, complemented by a poolside restaurant, generally considered to serve the best food. Situated on a high ledge providing expansive views of the bay with stone steps down to the beach area with many unusual rock formations. A privately managed marine protected area has been established around the lodge, so the snorkeling and diving right off the shore is spectacular, and the beach safe. There are kilometres of beaches to be explored in this area and interesting snorkeling in generally calm and clean water from 23-29C. |
