Ibo Island has a few bars in the village, otherwise food is often ordered at the guest house you are staying. If going for the day best to contact one of the establishments on the island and order lunch.
The other island lodges are more of private nature and reserve bar and restaurant services to quests only. So, contact operator if you wish to make a day visit to the islands. Some will not allow day visitors.
Mocimboa da Praia and Pangane also have some small bars in the village. Again if you contact the gust house of ask as you get there they feel usually, obliged to cook. It may be a good idea to bring some of the main ingredients as the local market has a very narrow choice.
